BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday, but shorter stays may be available.
No contract shall exist until signed Booking Form and a non-returnable deposit of £50 has been received. The balance of the total amount is payable 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Provisional bookings can be made by telephone provided that the deposit is received within 3 days. If the booking is made less than one month before the start of the holiday the full amount is due.
Well behaved dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement only) in their own basket in the kitchen, bearing in mind the comfort of other guests that follow they should not be allowed in the sitting room. They should not be allowed on the settee or chairs and naturally they should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the beds. On no occasion should a dog be left unattended in the cottage. Thank you. There is a charge of £5 per dog.
The Cottage will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate it by 10 am on the day of their departure.
The hirer is expected to leave the cottage in the same clean and tidy condition as found on arrival. Charges will be made for any damage caused.
Guests are advised to take out cancellation insurance which is sent out with the confirmation of booking.
